Burbero

Burbero is a Milanese wine bar designed by Kick.Office, the studio led by architect Mario Abruzzese. Within a compact 40-square-metre space, resin, stainless steel, marble and textured surfaces define a contemporary, intense and enveloping atmosphere. The design revolves around the large central counter, a custom-made element that organises the space and connects the kitchen, service area and guests. Napoleon Bordeaux, with its deep tones and distinctive veining, interacts with a palette ranging from chocolate brown to intense red, creating a contrast with the cooler backdrop of the interior.
The result is a space with a strong identity, where materials, colours and geometries transform a limited surface area into a fluid and coherent experience.
